Plants For Diabetes ?
Wait a minute, TIME magazine now promotes PLANTS for diabetes?
Hopefully, diabetic readers of their 2014 “Butter is Back” issue are still around to hear the news. This is just one reason why trusting your health to the media is never a good idea, especially when they flip-flop on everything due to ever-changing agendas and commercial “research”.
However, TIME accurately reveals type 2 diabetes for what it ultimately is – a “gateway” disease to the #1 reason why someone you know will die, HEART disease.
That’s right, the same FAT clogging the muscle cells of type 2 diabetics causing insulin resistance is the very same fat CLOGGING their coronary arteries as well. Even though type 2 diabetes is very serious and can escalate to limb amputation or vision loss, a heart attack or stroke is more likely to happen FIRST.
As SCARY as this sounds, please understand it does not have to be this way. Just know, there IS a way to 100% REVERSE type 2 diabetes as if you’ve never had it to begin with. Additionally, if done correctly, the solution can also make you “heart attack proof”. The right path to healing begins with changing your FOOD, but certainly not the same food as before.

In other words, as the plant-based community has been for literally decades – to overcome type 2 diabetes, ditch the fatty animal and processed foods and eat more whole PLANTS.
